In response to the high volume of account setup and number porting requests for companies enacting “Work-from-home” polices due to COVID-19, we will be waiving setup and simple porting fees until April 14th at which point this will be reviewed. This pricing change is our effort to assist businesses in defraying the cost of deploying a remote workforce.
Our team are doing all that they can in order to process these requests as a matter of urgency during this time.
Please note: Due to the high volume of porting requests, the processing of both simple and complex porting orders may be subject to longer than usual processing times. Additionally, some customers may see their releasing carrier impose restrictions or delays on porting at this time. Please contact our Support team for further assistance.

We can be sure that we’ll continue to see changes around us that are different and unexpected. However, one thing that doesn’t need to change is our commitment to delivering the millions of important messages and documents that pass through the GoFax system each month.
Whether by mandate, need for self-isolation or other reasonable circumstance, we are likely going to find ourselves working from home for a time. When that time arises, we have the remote systems in place to ensure the safety of our team whilst being able to continue to fulfil our roles with professionalism and skill.
