My GoFax Send credits are low or at a zero balance, how do I add more send credits to my account?

Once logged in to your GoFax account, under ‘Account Details’, select the ‘Top-Up Send Credits’ option. Select the prepaid package of choice and continue to purchase. To ensure your account never runs out of credits, you can activate the ‘Auto Top Up’ function. Auto Top Up’s can be activated and deactivated from under the ‘Send Faxes’, ‘Manage Send Settings’, and ‘Send Package Auto Top-Up’ option of your GoFax account.

What reporting features does GoFax offer for the 'send fax' service?

Using GoFax Send there are various reporting options and features available to confirm and track your ‘sent fax’ history. By default, all fax senders will receive a confirmation back into their ‘sending’ email address advising whether the fax was successful/failed. For a complete log of your sent fax transaction history, under the ‘View Sent Faxes’ area of your GoFax account you can view and export (in Excel, CSV) a complete detailed report. Filters can be selected for a ‘date range’, ‘status’ type, ‘sender email’ and ‘to fax number’. Additionally, you can select to automatically have these detailed reports emailed to specific email addresses on a ‘daily’, ‘weekly’, and/or ‘monthly’ basis. To activate this feature go to ‘Send Faxes’, ‘Manage Send Settings’ and select ‘Automatic Reports’.

How do I access copies of tax invoices for GoFax fax services purchased?

Once logged in to your GoFax account, under ‘Account Details’ select ‘View My Invoices’. Select the ‘View/Print’ option to download copies.

Can I set up sub users under my GoFax account?

Yes, once logged into your GoFax account, under ‘Account Details’ select the ‘Manage Sub Accounts’ option.  Under the ‘User Access Control’, select the option ‘click here to add sub-account’ to add and control their access permissions. Account administrators can assign different views and user options for account’s details, send and receive fax options.

How do I update our credit card used on our GoFax account?

Once logged into your GoFax account, under ‘Account Details’ select the ‘Accounts Details’ option. Select the button ‘Edit My Stored Credit Card’, change your stored credit cards details then select ‘Save’.’

How do I edit our time zone within our online GoFax account to display correctly?

Once logged in to your secure GoFax account, you can edit the Time Zone setting. This feature is available from under ‘Account Details’ under ‘My Settings’. This setting can be adjust for both the main administrator account and each GoFax account user.

I can't remember my account password to login, how can I retrieve this?

Click on the ‘Forgot your password’ option on the GoFax Login page, you will be asked to enter your email address. If this email address is registered as the main account website user, or connected to a sub user, an email will be sent with a link to reset your password details. If the email is ‘invalid’ you will need to contact your service administrator or contact GoFax for assistance.
