Yes. GoFax is GITC accredited (Q-5426) and QAssure assigned (11225) by the Queensland Government, and a HealthShare NSW approved vendor. GoFax is a government preferred fax and SMS provider in Australia.

Online fax with GoFax is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the fax goes to one fax number rather than through many mail servers. Auto Delete and access controls add more protection.

Yes. In Australia, marketing faxes must follow the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the Telecommunications (Fax Marketing) Industry Standard 2021. Rules in other countries differ.

You need consent, must say who the message is from, and must offer a working opt-out under the Spam Act 2003. Business name Sender IDs must also be registered with ACMA, or they show as "Unverified".

Sent fax pages stay in your account for 90 days, then delete automatically. The record of each sent fax stays for 12 months, as the law requires.

Yes. Turn on Auto Delete and GoFax removes the fax pages as soon as the send is attempted. Once deleted, the fax cannot be resent.
