Yes. The free GoFax print driver lets you fax from any Windows 10 or 11 app that can print, including Word and PDF readers. It is not available for Mac.
Yes. Corporate accounts let you manage users, departments and fax numbers from one admin console, with post paid billing.
Yes. You can move your current number to GoFax on a Receive or Bundle plan. Most moves take 1 to 3 weeks. Complex moves can take longer.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. With optional data sovereignty, all your data stays in Australia. Without it, GoFax uses several routes and carriers for the best delivery, which can include providers outside Australia.
Yes. Turn on auto-delete and GoFax removes fax pages as soon as a fax is sent or received. Deleted faxes cannot be recovered.
It depends on the document, the court or agency receiving it, and the laws that apply. GoFax sends an exact copy of your document and keeps a dated record of every fax. GoFax cannot give legal advice, so always seek legal advice before relying on a faxed signature.

GoFax was easy to set-up and use. I needed to fax tax documents to the US from NZ. GoFax did the trick. It took me less than 40 minutes from researching online fax software to getting my fax sent confirmations. 100 pages for A$15, highly recommended and great value, only problem now is what to do with remaining 96 pages!

Administation is easy - was able to create an email group, populate it, and then advertise that as the desitination for incoming faxes. The sender didn't know the difference! Furthermore, I was able to integrate into the scanning feature of the printer. All the user does is scan their page, creates a PDF and sends off the fax direct from the printer. The users love it and although we get plenty of messages about maintenance an updates, we have never had any problems using GoFax.

Quick, easy and worth doing
Joe was super helpful and his instructions were easy to understand and follow. He had the info at his fingertips and could recall my previous conversations with Natalie so that you didn't have to go through it all again.
