SMS send status codes

All SMS attempted using GoFax will return a status code with the result for the SMS attempted. 
 
Status Code (Result) Description Chargeable

Account is unverified

Your account is not yet verified and the Send credit cost of your SMS transmission has exceeded the daily limit of an unverified account. Contact GoFax Support for more information.

No

Cancelled

The SMS was cancelled via the secure customer portal or GoFax Support. Contact GoFax Support if you did not cancel the SMS and require more information.

Carrier transmission issue detected. Task may still be successful

There is an unknown issue with the carrier.

Error sending message

There was an error sending the SMS message.

Failed to deliver the message

The SMS message could not be sent to the handset.

Initialised

The SMS message is attempting to be processed by GoFax.

Insufficient credit. Please check your account status

There are insufficient Send Credits on your account. Please login and add Send Credits or contact GoFax Support for assistance.

Message not delivered in allowable time frame

The SMS message was unable to be delivered to the handset within 48 hours. Delivery attempt stops after this period.
